If you're looking for your next cow horse, then this is the colt for you! "Kito" is a good looking, great little colt with a pedigree to match. His sire is whip smart and athletic with points in multiple events, an Honor Roll Championship in Open Ranch Cow Work, and is an NRCHA money earner with very limited showing. His dam goes back to the late great 'Docs All That Jazz' and has 4.2k LTE between NCHA and ACHA; this mare has more money earners, most of them 5+ figure, in her pedigree then horses that were never shown. Kito's full sister, Grace(Down In Dixie) is absolutely adored by her new family and her part-time trainer wants her to stay on full-time and go straight into Working Cow Horse training/showing. Her owners are so happy with how naturally fast she's come along that they're giving her plenty of time to grow and mature because they want her to mature into a forever horse.

Kito spent his weanling/yearling winter living out in the pasture with other colts, both stud and gelded. He was vaccinated as a weanling and has had his yearling booster; he is also current on worming. He was worked with 3x a week from his yearling spring thru fall and is currently out with the other geldings his age being brought up once a week. He ties, walks/trots on the walker, ponies off an ATV, is good to bathe, and is getting good at picking up all four feet; he has been trimmed once under light sedation for everybody's ease and was perfect. He currently stands 13.3hh. He has rubbed a small bit of his mane out, but that's what happens when you get 12in of rain in a week and can't keep up with the mowing.

Sorrel Tobiano Filly

Registered with APHA and PtHA

Nominated to the APHA Breeders Trust

Nominated to Ca$h For Color

(All CFC classes at Color Breed Congress pay money!)

Nelly Nu Chex is 4 panel negative, she is n/Hrd

(Her full Etalon color/pattern panel will be available

to purchaser at no additional cost)

While 'Nelly' isn't the prettiest horse in the barn, she is a strong hearted, unflappable, sweet mare that's quickly becoming an amazing and handy little riding horse; she currently stands 14.2hh and will probably top out around 15hh. Her sire is our own Delta Hellcat; he's whip smart and athletic with points in multiple events, an Honor Roll Championship in Open Ranch Cow Work, and is an NRCHA money earner with very limited showing. Her dam didn't have a chance to be shown however she was used as a working horse on the ranch to check/gather cattle on several hundred acres and turnback for a cutter; both her sire and dam were shown, and both of their sires, Playgun and LPLS Stinger, were both huge earners and producers in the cutting and cow horse industries.

Nelly had about 80 rides put on her here at the ranch just getting broke and handy and has now been in professional training for 60 days. She's confident in her gait transitions up and down, plus she wants to stop nice and backs with little effort. She's very secure riding two handed and is now picking up neck reining. She's just begun some ground pole work and is taking to it well. She walk/trots on the walker, bathes, ponies off an ATV, is good for the farrier, and is very easy to catch after turn out; she will also meet you at the stall door to be sheeted/blanketed. She was raised her yearling-2yo year in a pasture with other fillies her age and her 2-3yo year in a barn; she is comfortable living in either or both situations, though she does enjoy her stall. She was vaccinated as a weanling and has had boosters as a yearling, 2yo, and 3yo; she is also current on worming.

Nelly was shown at the Color Breed Congress for her very first show and took to it great! She won her Ca$h For Color class, earning $1338, and placed in the Top Ten in the PtHA Open Rail Pleasure class with senior and finished horses also competing.

"June" is an absolute sweetheart with great drive who loves to please. She's first to meet you at the gate or stall door every single time but is also a lead type mare that will put other horses back in their place out in a group. She's very smart and has a very catty nature to her that should lend to her becoming a stellar cow/ranch horse. Her sire, Delta Hellcat, is whip smart and athletic with points in multiple events, an Honor Roll Championship in Open Ranch Cow Work, and is an NRCHA money earner with very limited showing. Her dam was unfortunately never shown(she suffered a mostly cosmetic injury that took a long time to heal so her training was put on hold and then never completed), but she's also super sweet and catty while also taking a lead role out in the broodmare herd.

June was raised out in the pasture with other fillies her age for her yearling year. She was vaccinated as a weanling and has had both a yearling and 2yo booster; she is also current on worming. In the winter/early spring she was brought up to the barn and was well handled before being started under saddle in May; she's been stalled in the barn since the beginning of August getting regular work while saddled and will start back riding once it cools off some in Oct/Nov. As of Dec 18 she's had 8 rides and is coming along very nicely; she's been bit down, is comfortable with a rider in all the gaits, has pretty reliable voice control, and is starting to guide around very well.  June walks/trots on the walker, ponies off an ATV, is great in the wash rack, is easy to sheet and blanket, and was easy to start; she is a very big and fancy mover who's quick with her feet and picks up new things very quickly. She has been trimmed twice under light sedation for everybody's ease and was perfect. She currently stands 14.2hh in the shoulder and 14.2 1/2hh in the hip.

'Remmy' is a super sweet little colt that's just begging for a job. He comes from one of our old ranch lines that's very versatile and super personable. He's a gorgeous mover but a bit of a clown, so you'll also be getting one heck of a personality like many of our horses are known for. His sire is whip smart and athletic with points in multiple events, an Honor Roll Championship in Open Ranch Cow Work, and is an NRCHA money earner with very limited showing. While his 'solid' dam was never shown, she was used as a working horse on the ranch to check/gather cattle on several hundred acres and turnback for a cutter.

Remmy spent his weanling/yearling winter living out in the pasture with other colts, both stud and gelded. He was vaccinated as a weanling and has had his yearling booster; he is also current on worming. He was worked with 3x a week from his  yearling spring thru fall and is currently out with the other geldings his age being brought up once a week. He ties, walks/trots on the walker, ponies off an ATV, is good to bathe(though he is still a little hesitant about washing his face), and is getting good at picking up all four feet; he has been trimmed once under light sedation for everybody's ease and was perfect. He currently stands 13.3hh

Uvalde Diamond

Bay Overo Gelding

Nominated to the APHA Breeders Trust
(APHA points pay money!)

Eligible for Nomination to Ca$h For Color
(All CFC classes at Color Breed Congress pay money!)

'Val' is the perfect cross of great, beloved horses, just check out his pedigree! Uvalde Gay, Docs Prescription, Like A Diamond, Delta Flyer, what more could you ask for! He's a gorgeous built colt with height, body, and plenty of bone. He's a gorgeous mover and already wanting to really sit down on his stops while running and playing in the pasture. His sire is a good minded sweetheart who has 28 Open Cutting pts and 3.2k LTE between NCHA and ACHA. He's also a World Champion Producer and has several foals that have gone on to be great show horses, while the rest have become great using horses; we have one repeat buyer that has purchased four of his foals, specifically because of their good confirmation and great disposition. Val's dam is a beautiful, big bodied mare that was purchased as a filly specifically for our breeding program and so was not shown, but her pedigree and conformation are proof enough.

Val spent his weanling/yearling winter living out in the pasture with other colts, both stud and gelded. He was vaccinated as a weanling and has had his yearling booster; he is also current on worming.  He was worked with 3x a week from his  yearling spring thru fall and is currently out with the other geldings his age being brought up once a week. He ties, walks/trots on the walker, ponies off an ATV, is good to bathe(though a little afraid of the soap suds), and is getting good at picking up all four feet; he has been trimmed twice under light sedation for everybody's ease and was perfect; his feet are phenomenally good. His only vice is that he can take a little bit of time to catch out of his pen, however once he's caught he's very good to work with. He currently stands 14.2hh. He has rubbed a small bit of his mane out, but that's what happens when you get 12in of rain in a week and can't keep up with the mowing.

Diamond Hellcat is 4 panel negative, she is n/GBED

"Stitches" is a curious filly with a big, solid build. She's a powerful mover with a conformation that will let her do just about anything you ask of her; we think with a little polish she'd make a great ranch versatility horse or as is she'd make a fantastic barrel, rope, daywork, or weekend horse. While she's bred a bit hot she listens well and really does want to please.  Her sire, Delta Hellcat, is whip smart and athletic with points in multiple events, an Honor Roll Championship in Open Ranch Cow Work, and is an NRCHA money earner with very limited showing. Her dam has a wonderful pedigree! While she herself never had the chance to be shown, she is the half sister to our World Champion producing Taris Prescription on the top side and daughter/sister to 5 figure money earners on the bottom. And yes, Stitches did have stitches in a leg wound as a yearling that healed up very nicely, with very little scaring.

Stitches was raised out in the pasture with other fillies her age for her yearling year. As of Dec 18 she's had 8 rides and is coming along nicely; she's been bit down, is comfortable with a rider in all the gaits, has pretty reliable voice control, and is starting to guide around very well. She does want to be a little fast at times, but comes right back with a little checking.  Stitches walks/trots on the walker, ponies off an ATV, is great in the wash rack, is easy to sheet and blanket, and was fairly easy to start; she was great to work alone but did get a little worried in traffic when other horses got between her and her 'buddy'. She currently rides great alone, even with horses tied out nearby. She has been trimmed twice under light sedation for everybody's ease and was very good. She currently stands 14.2hh in the shoulder and 14.3hh in the hip.

A Catty Hickory

Bay Tobiano Gelding

Eligible for Nomination to Ca$h For Color

'Jaws' is a super neat and good looking colt, and just check out that pedigree! Not only does he have the looks he's also got the blood to back it up. His sire is whip smart and athletic with points in multiple events, an Honor Roll Championship in Open Ranch Cow Work, and is an NRCHA money earner with very limited showing. His dam was unfortunately unable to be shown due to an injury sustained as a yearling but her sire and dam were money earners who were both also from money earners.

Jaws spent his weanling/yearling winter living out in the pasture with other colts, both stud and gelded. He was vaccinated as a weanling and has had his yearling booster; he is also current on worming. He's currently up in the barn and being worked with 3x a week. He ties, walks/trots on the walker, is good to bathe, and is getting good with picking up all four feet. He has been trimmed twice under light sedation for everybody's ease and was perfect. His only vices are that he can be a bit nibbly at times and he can take a minute to catch, however once he's caught he's very good to work with. He currently stands 13.2hh

At the end of June '22 this colt lost the right front corner of his lower jaw and the three teeth on that side; the best we can figure is that he was spooked overnight and hit the fence in the worst way. Thankfully he's healed up perfectly well and there is no visible damage from the outside. It's a small enough portion that he'll have no trouble carrying a bit and his only issues will be the need for yearly dental work to correct growth on the remaining front teeth and probably not being able to graze sufficiently, depending on the pasture he's put out on. We would be happy to answer any questions about him and his mouth.
